New York Pop Up Shop Vendor Invitation Letter:

As a vendor at New York Pop Up Shop during Excel International Fashion Week New York, your brand will receive:

• Showcase Products/Merchandise/ at Excel International Fashion Week in New York. (Limit to 1 clothing rack or Accessories stand to be provided by Vendor)
• Social Media Promotions to e-groups with membership in excess of 1 Million
• Business Announcement during event

Payment of Registration Balance is due 30 days prior to the show.

Exhibitors not paid in full will not be allowed to participate in the pop shop / marketplace nor listed in printed/marketing materials.

Exhibitors assume all responsibility for liability insurance.

No literature may be handed out or displayed that advertises merchants not participating in the pop-up shop.

Each exhibitor must restrict his/her activities and materials to the confines of the pop-up shop.

1 clothing or accessories rack allowed per exhibitor.

Exhibitor is responsible for securing rack and hangers.

Setup and take down must be done on time.
