Developing leadership strategies and approaches for the 22nd Century Leader is an initiative founded on the principles of leadership transparency, noble stewardship, social responsibility and fortified vision that’s supported by centuries of research. The impact of global empowerment and the hierarchy of social structure are the impetus for commencing leadership enrichment and characteristic /trait development instruction.
Kim is the past Head of Schools and Research Development for the Rochas Foundation College of Africa located in Owerri, Nigeria a pilot project with a mission to unify Africa. The Grand Patron for the Rochas Foundation College of Africa is the First Lady of Nigeria, Aisha Buhari, and the President, Founder and Governor of IMO State Nigeria is Rochas Okorochas, both have entrusted the College of Africa and building alliances between the First Lady of Nigeria, the Executive Governor and the First Ladies throughout Africa in effort to unify Africa by way of comprehensive and free education to a select group of the poorest of the poor children from each African Country. Kim travels to visit with the First Ladies throughout Africa, Ministers of Foreign Affairs, Ministers of Education and the Ambassadors in order to foster alliances between each country and the Rochas Foundation College of Africa for the cadre of students nominated. The Rochas Foundation College of Africa is the first of its kind in the world, there is no other institution that will educate children ages 12 to 14 years old from each Africa country in one facility.
Kim has 15 years of esteem in higher education as a sociology adjunct professor, curriculum developer, leadership strategist, global lecturer, and education advisor. She has lectured throughout the United States and Africa at host institutions such as Michael Okpara University of Agriculture, Nigeria, Pennsylvania State, Rutgers, UMass and Cornell Universities. Kim has chaired, and co-chaired faculty, organizational and leadership committees and currently is a member of the Advisory Board for the Nebraska Institute of Forensic Sciences and Excel Magazine International Leadership Division, Imo State, Nigeria. Outside of academia, She has been an International Flight Attendant for 26 years, Emcee for various events and is an Inspirational Psychologist.
Kim holds a Bachelor of Business, Master of Arts in Human Sciences, Ph.D. in Psychology (2018) and completed studies for a Ph.D. in Leadership Studies (2010).
Kim’s research interests are trans-global curriculum development, global recognition of qualifications, leadership strategies, leadership theory, Leadership development, foster care & adjustments, and racist behavior as a mental disorder in America.

Kim is married to Tolu Odunlami a man she regards as her blessing. She is the mother of six (6) children, and a grandmother (Bella) to an amazing grandson. Kim and her family live in Houston, Texas USA.
